The Lightning die is a six-sided die with six symbols custom to Looney Pyrmaids games. It was first introduced in 2016 as part of Pyramid Arcade, in which three such dice were included.

Games Using the Lightning Die[edit | edit source]
Several games make use of the Lightning die, including Nomids, Black ICE, and Petri Dish, and Sandships. The same symbols are used for different actions, and called by different terms, depending on what game is being played. For instance, the symbol is called "Divide" in the game Petri Dish, while it is called "Copy" when used in Black ICE.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The Lightning die is one of only two black dice produced for Looney Pyramid games, the other being the black version of the Treehouse die.
- A set of stickers was given out as part of the 2016 holiday gift of Sandships. These stickers allowed players who did not own Pyramid Arcade to create a homemade set by affixing them to a standard 16mm six-sided die.
