Because Special:Listusers is full of bogus accounts, making it a chore to wade through.

- Oh, I see. Only pages that have been edited since the MediaWiki update last summer are included in categories. A whole lot of dummy edits could fix this, but why bother. - Cerulean 16:55, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
