I'm Gregor McNish, gmcnish at bgg. I've been playing with pyramids since the early 2000s, but in fits and starts; I haven't found anyone nearby as interested in exploring the system as I am.
I have a geeklist of the pyramid games I've played on bgg.
Starship Captain List
- Volcano (the original)
- Zendo
- Homeworlds
- Logger
- Ice Dice (my daughter enjoys this one)
- Undercut
- Pink Hijinks
- IceTowers
- Twin Win
- RAMBots
Icebox
My current icebox (Generic gaming kit) is a Quiver, with
- 5 monochrome stashes in tubes (red, green, cyan, yellow, black) + 1 stash of orange because it's prettier than black for Volcano
- 5 volcano caps
- 3 white d6, 3 black d6, and pyramid, treehouse, rainbow and lightning dice
- Small bag of LBS
- WW5 board. One day I'll play it
- Martian chess board (from the quartet box)
- 20 black, 20 white, 15 green, 13 red, 7 blue, 2 orange, 2 yellow 1" wooden disks - for counters as well as lots of abstract games
- 2 copies of Decktet
- 1 Sticheln deck
- 1 regular deck of cards
- Drawstring bag from Pyramid Arcade
I generally carry the volcano board separately, as well as some paper boards.
