Making Volcano Boards

I recently made a Volcano board out of sheets of craft foam. The design is double-sided, with a 6x6 board on one side and a 5x5 board on the other, both with raised edges. I drew the grid on top of a sheet of black craft foam, using actual large pyramids to space the lines apart, then cut out the squares with a hobby knife (excellent control). I did this twice, one 5x5 and one 6x6 grid. With tacky glue, I glued the grid lined side down onto a white foundation sheet of foam. I let it dry then trimmed it into a neat square. Imagine taking the black grids of the Kadon boards off of the white bases, and glueing them to opposite sides of a single white foundation. Bargain Board
