Talk:The War of the Worlds
Add topicGoogle translate did the translation, and I tried to make it make sense. I've done a solo play through and it seems to work, but
- I think the intent is that attackers can gang up on a defender; defenders don't gain any strength from adjacent defenders (but the positioning makes them harder to attack)
- the rules said rotate and/or move the board in one place, and rotate or move in another. I've gone with and/or because it causes more carnage, but that may not be what was intended?

From the designer via bgg
- It's the other way around, the defending pyramid never adds up its pips; it does not defend itself. It only adds up the pips of the adjacent ones.
- You can rotate and move them, but the game board must always form an "L" shape.
I've fixed my mistake. --Eclectics (talk) 08:55, 7 May 2024 (UTC)
