What are the policies and usage conventions?

Does discussion about experience with a game go on the Discussion page? or is that really for discussion about the page itself?

Are we using any wiki tags for pages that need help?

When links to rules no longer work, do we replace them with archive.org links? Or is it worth trying to contact people to see if they're ok with uploading them here? (my completionist tendencies are kicking in...)
