The idea of this game is fFairly lofty. Practical implementation, however, can be as mundane as you want. I played this as it was intended, but then played through it briefly as a "3-house" game -- that is, using 3 treehouse sets. It's a much smaller scope of game in that case, obviously, but it works.

By the way: The "goal" cards mentioned in the rules might just be some sort of determination through random draw, or roll of dice or something. I used the random draw method.
