'''Icehouse Games, Inc.''' was the first company to manufacture and market a set of [[Icehouse]] pyramids. It was founded in 1989 by [[Andrew Looney]], [[Kristin Looney]] (''nee'' Wunderlich), [[John Cooper]], and [[Charles Dickson]]. Icehouse Games sold [[solid plastic pieces|poured-plastic pyramids]], [[paper Icehouse]], [[xyloid pieces|wooden pyramids]], rules books, and boxed sets. It sponsored the first eight [[International Icehouse Tournament]]s (IIT) and published the first 13 issues of [[Hypothermia]]. 

Icehouse Games went out of business in 1996, and the Looneys then established their next business, [[Looney Labs]].
