StarRunners is a race game inspired by, and using basic mechanics of, Homeworlds. Two players race a fleet of three starships from one binary homeworld to another, with the requirement that each ship in the fleet visit the Backwater system at least once. Additionally, a ship cannot enter or exit a system if occupied by an opponent's larger ship.
Designed by Andrew Looney, 2005.
